Tom didn’t think much about booking a DC Tour Bus. He looked online, found a company, contacted them, and they assured him that yes, they do indeed have party buses. He never asked questions beyond that.
Imagine his Surprise when a Low-Quality Party Bus Service in DC Showed Up:
He was trying to surprise best friend. They had been friends since childhood and he was about to get married soon. Tom wanted everything to be perfect for this bachelor party, and he wasn’t thinking about DC Tour Bus Rentals.
He was thinking about a party bus. He had live entertainment planned that was going to travel along with them, he had a special venue picked out, and everything was perfect in his mind.
Then, a Converted old School Bus Arrived:
It had been painted black. The windows were painted over. Tom was none too happy and he confronted the driver. The driver retrieved a copy of the contract, showed him in the fine print that the actual vehicle may not be as represented online on their website, and there was really nothing he could do.
When it comes to DC Tour Buses or party buses, when people are making reservations with any company, they should look at their history. How long have they been around? What are their reviews like? Will they guarantee, in writing, that the individual hiring a party bus get a genuine one?
Unfortunately, that’s not always the case with small, new, unscrupulous companies.
